Emma Fletcher (Palley) is an attorney whose practice focuses on family law. Emma strives to achieve holistic settlements that allow any client to move forward with their life in confidence. Emma, a Denver native, received her B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2009 and her J.D. from the University of Denver in 2014. Prior to joining Harrington Brewster Mahoney Smits, P.C., Emma worked for 4 ½ years at a respected law firm in Greenwood Village, Colorado specializing in high asset and complex family law.  She is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. In 2018, Emma was awarded the Young Attorney Award by the Douglas/Elbert County Bar Association.
